Timothy Elliott Stout passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the age of 57.
Tim was born in Merced and grew up in the McSwain area, he attended McSwain School, Merced High School, and Merced College. After becoming legally blind in his 40's, Tim attended the Orientation Center for the Blind in Albany, California where he learned independence with the use of new technology for the blind.
Tim partnered with his grandfather, George Stout in Stout Windmills, and later worked in construction with local contractors.

Timothy Elliott Stout passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the age of 57.
Tim was born in Merced and grew up in the McSwain area, he attended McSwain School, Merced High School, and Merced College. After becoming legally blind in his 40's, Tim attended the Orientation Center for the Blind in Albany, California where he learned independence with the use of new technology for the blind.
Tim partnered with his grandfather, George Stout in Stout Windmills, and later worked in construction with local contractors.
Tim will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of everything outdoors, especially golfing, hunting, fishing, and skiing. He loved traveling in the Western part of the US in pursuit of these hobbies. His favorite sport teams that he followed faithfully were the SF Giants, SF 49ers, and the Warriors.
Tim is preceded in death by his father George B Stout (Bud), grandparents George and Ruby Stout; Fred and Jewel Adcock; his Aunt Jackie (Stout) Nichols and Uncle Walter Nichols; his cousins Tina (Nichols) Bearce; Walter Ronald Nichols III.
His is survived by his mother Twila Adcock Stout; sister Terri (Darrel) Beckman (Stout); Uncle Jim Adcock and cousin Janine Adcock; cousin Ramona (Dennis) Smith (Nichols); Nephews John (Jeanne Marie) Beckman; Bryan Huwardsen (Sarah Fong); Matt Hunwardsen (Mallory Denny); and niece Susan Badillo. As well as several great and great-great nieces and nephews.

A potluck social honoring Tim's life will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the Merced Estates Clubhouse located at 2499 E Gerard Ave Merced, California 95341.
